Ingredients
- 1 half avocado (s)
- 2 tomato (s), dried
- 3 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- 150 g pasta, your choice
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Put the avocado, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained. If you don`t have a food processor, you can also use a hand blender. Add the grated Parmesan to the cream and stir in well.
- Drain the cooked pasta and immediately add the cream to the pasta. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
