Avocado Salad with Oranges

An elegant salad with an unusual taste. And at the same time, simple to the point of impossibility!

Ingredients
- Avocado – 1 pc.
- Oranges – 2 pcs.
- Salad (I have “Frize”) – 6-8 sheets
- Toast bread – 4 slices
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 4 tablespoon.
- White wine vinegar – 2 tablespoon.
- Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
- Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
- Peel the oranges, divide them into slices, remove the film from the slices. Some of the slices can be cut into several pieces.
- Remove the crusts from the bread. Break the pulp into small pieces.
- Heat a frying pan. Fry the bread slices and unpeeled garlic cloves over medium heat. You need to fry the bread, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the garlic, salt the dry bread.
- Mix olive oil with vinegar and pepper.
- Wash lettuce leaves, tear them into small pieces. Place the salad on a large, flat plate.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Break off small rounded pieces with a teaspoon, spread them on lettuce leaves.
If you have a small ice cream spoon, you can use it – it will be even more beautiful! - Arrange the whole and cut orange slices next to the avocado slices.
- Sprinkle the salad with bread slices.
- When serving a salad with avocado and orange, pour over the dressing.
