- 4 banana (s) (baby bananas)
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoon honey (acacia honey)
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 4 stalks lavender as a garnish

- Juice the orange and lemon. Peel the bananas and cut lengthways. Roast the sesame seeds without fat.
- Heat honey with lemon and orange juice (do not boil) and steam the banana halves in it for 2-3 minutes. Take out the bananas and roll them in the toasted sesame seeds. Reduce the juice a little and drizzle over the bananas. Garnish with the lavender stalks.
- Chocolate ice cream goes very well with it, as does nut and nougat ice cream. You can also enjoy it for breakfast without ice cream.
