- 80 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 40 g coconut flour
- 4 large banana (s), ripe
- 2 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon tartar baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder

- Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl. Add the eggs and melted butter and stir.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a second bowl. Mix the contents of both bowls well.
- Pour the mixture into small cake tins or muffin tins and bake at 190 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
- For approx. 12 pieces.
