Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), very ripe
- 1 cup almond (s), ground or /2 cup almonds and /2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
- some nuts, chopped or fresh blueberries
- honey (depending on the degree ripeness the bananas and personal taste)

- Process all ingredients in the mixer or with the hand blender to a homogeneous, creamy mass and then put this in a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 35 minutes.
