- 2 banana (s)
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 slices Gouda or Emmentaler
- mustard
- peas
- rice
- salt

- Peel the bananas and thinly coat the slices of cooked ham with mustard. Wrap a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese around the banana.
- Place the wrapped bananas in a baking pan and bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until the cheese is brown.
- In the meantime, put on a portion of rice, e.g. Basmati, salt and, if necessary, add peas. Goes very well with the bananas.
