- 1 large zucchini
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 12 slices ham
- 12 slices Emmentaler or other spicy cheese
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Wash the zucchini, cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Season with salt and a little pepper.
- Peel the onion, cut into rings and place them on the zucchini slices. Place a slice of ham on top and top with a slice of cheese. The amount stated in the recipe is only approximate, depending on how many slices you want to make or the size of the zucchini - I calculated 4 slices per person.
- Put in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
