Ingredients

  • 1 slice / n ciabatta, from the day before
  • 1 slice (s) Parma ham, air-dried
  • 1 slice fig (s), fresh
  • 1 slice (s) Manchego
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some olive oil
  • some pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread under the grill or in the toaster, rub the clove of garlic and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  2. Cover the bread slice with 1 slice of Parma ham and 1 slice of a fresh fig of the appropriate size, place the cheese on top and grind the pepper over it.
  3. Bake under the hot grill in the oven until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.
  4. The figs get very hot, so let them cool down a little before eating.
