Ingredients

  • 250 g pizza douh
  • 4 fig (s), ripe
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 100 g oat cream cheese
  • 5 slices ham, (Serrano or San Daniele)
  • 10 stems rocket
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 125 ml tomato sauce, (Sugo)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to around 350 ° C. Push the burning wood to one side. Sweep the free side of the baking surface with a coconut brush and wipe with a damp jute or cotton cloth.
  2. Shape the pizza dough thinly into a pizza about 30 cm in size. Brush the dough with the oil and spread the tomato sauce on it, leaving the edge free with a thumb`s width. Cut the mozzarella into slices and put half of it on the pizza. Cut the figs into eighths and spread them on top. Put the rest of the mozzarella and goat cheese on top.
  3. Pour in the pizza and bake for 3 to 4 minutes, turning a little. Check the floor by lifting it slightly. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes. Top with the ham and rocket and enjoy.
