- 1 banana (s)
- 250 g oat milk (oat drink) or almond milk
- 200 g spelled flour
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 20 g coconut flakes
- some coconut oil for the pan

- Whisk the banana and oat milk using a hand mixer. Then add the oil, flour and baking powder.
- Mix everything together. Finally refine with the desiccated coconut.
- In a pan greased with coconut oil, fry about 12 small pancakes until golden brown.
