  • 200 g spelled flour
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • some coconut oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Whisk the banana and oat milk using a hand mixer. Then add the oil, flour and baking powder.
  2. Mix everything together. Finally refine with the desiccated coconut.
  3. In a pan greased with coconut oil, fry about 12 small pancakes until golden brown.
