- 150 g spelled flour type 630
- 125 g butter
- 0.75 ¾ Banana (s), normal size

- Mash the banana into puree and finely chop the dates. Mix both with the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 - 6 cm, cut out the biscuits and place them on a baking sheet. If necessary, put the cookies in the refrigerator for half an hour so that they keep their shape.
- Bake the cookies at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
