- 120 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Flour for the work surface

- Mix the butter or margarine, sugar, salt and the egg until frothy. Then mix the flour with the baking powder, add cinnamon and cocoa and knead with the first ingredients to form a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 1 hour.
- Now roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out cookies. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 10-15 minutes at 175 ° C. Decorate as you wish.
