  • 4 tablespoon, heaped Gruyère, grated

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados lengthways and remove them from the skin. Cut into slices about 5 mm thick.
  2. Arrange in fireproof bowls like a fan. Spread the herb butter on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
