Ingredients

  • 350 g blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • 50 g oat flakes, tender as a flower
  • 35 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
  • 55 g butter, cold
  • Ice cream, (vanilla ice cream) for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, grease a smaller baking dish with butter and add the blackberries.
  2. Mix the sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice and distribute over the blackberries. Mix the oatmeal, flour and cinnamon. Add the butter, cut into slices, and knead in. Spread the streusel evenly over the berries and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the streusel is golden brown in color. Take out, let cool down a bit and then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each plate.
