Baked Brussels Sprouts with Ham and Carrots

The recipe for a very bright and delicious Brussels sprouts dish, which is cooked once or twice. Brussels sprouts baked in the oven with ham and carrots turn out to be very tasty and healthy. Cook for health!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Frozen Brussels sprouts (or fresh) – 300-350 g
  • Ham – 150 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Egg (large) – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Ham and Carrot Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
  2. Pour 750 ml of water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil over high heat. Add 1 teaspoonful of salt. Dip the Brussels sprouts into salted boiling water. Bring the water to a boil again and boil the cabbage. Cook frozen cabbage for about 3 minutes, fresh cabbage for about 7. Drain the water from the boiled Brussels sprouts.
  3. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Transfer the boiled Brussels sprouts to a baking dish.
  4. Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater. Place the grated carrots on top of the Brussels sprouts. Cut the ham into cubes. Place the ham on top of the carrots. Shake the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Drizzle the egg mixture over the cabbage, carrots, and ham.
  5. Roast Brussels sprouts with ham and carrots in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes without covering the dish.
  6. Brussels sprouts with ham and carrots are ready. Serve hot.
