Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the sauce:

  • 150 ml water
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Also:

  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • salt and pepper
  • sesame

Instructions

  1. Pat the tofu dry, dice and place in a small bowl. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over the tofu. Stir well once so that the tofu is covered all over with the marinade. Bake the tofu in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in the mixer and bring to the boil in a small saucepan until the sauce thickens. Shred the Brussels sprouts in the food processor.
  3. Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the Brussels sprouts on all sides until they are cooked through and begin to turn brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the Brussels sprouts on 2 plates. Then arrange the tofu in the middle. Finally, pour some sauce and sesame over it.
