Ingredients

  • 1 packet pasta, cappelletti - finished goods from the refrigerated shelf
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled in pieces
  • 100 g zucchini, diced
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • some clarified butter, for frying
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some stalks basil
  • 100 g mozzarella, mini
  • 50 g cheese, rated, preferably parmesan

Instructions

  1. Fry the mushrooms in clarified butter, add onion and garlic cubes and let simmer. Also the tomatoes and the zucchini. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips and fold in with the mini mozzarellas.
  3. Put the cappelletti in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at around 180 ° for around 20 minutes.
