Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) chicken breast, (approx. 500g in total)

For covering:

  • 150 g sour cream, liht
  • 70 g parmesan, sliced
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil, thyme, parsley, oregano, freshly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • some olive oil to grease the mold

For the broth:

  • 30 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • some honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and place in a casserole dish brushed with olive oil.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients for the crust together, adding the herbs and spices to taste as you like (if you like it hot, you can also add some chilli).
  3. Coat the chicken breast fillets thickly with the paste.
  4. Then mix a broth (so that it doesn`t get too dry) and carefully pour it over everything.
  5. Bake the fillets in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is lightly browned.
  6. In addition, mashed potatoes and a fresh seasonal vegetable taste very good, possibly a delicious salad.
