  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainier
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold in the mustard, mustard powder, chives and breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and brush with the egg white mustard mixture.
  2. Cook in a preheated oven at around 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes (the baking time depends on the thickness of the meat). A fresh mixed salad goes well with it.
