  • 200 g carrot (s), rated
  • 125 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillets, pat dry and turn them in flour. Peel and grate the carrots and mix with the grated cheese. Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Fry the floured chicken fillets in a pan in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper. Place the fillets in the greased baking dish and cover with the carrot and cheese grates. Cover each fillet with 2 slices of bacon. Baked in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. A juicy salad and baguette or a fine potato gratin taste great with it.
