  • 750 g onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 4 chicken fillet (s), approx. 150 g each
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • N / A parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Heat a little oil in a pan and simmer the onions in it over low heat, turning them occasionally, for about 10 minutes until they are translucent and soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Deglaze with cream, bring to the boil and season again with salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, wash the meat and pat dry. Heat the rest of the oil in another pan and fry the chicken fillets on each side for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Put the fried chicken fillets in a baking dish and spread the onion sauce on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C, convection 175 ° C, gas mark 3) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley to taste and serve.
  5. Noodles or potatoes go well with this.
