Baked Chicken Fillet with Tomatoes, Peppers and Corn

Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes, peppers, and corn is a bright, aromatic, incredibly juicy dish. Chicken meat according to this recipe turns out to be very soft and tasty, and vegetables retain maximum benefits. Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Sweet pepper (red and yellow) – 400 g
  • Tomatoes – 250 g
  • Canned corn – 100 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Wheat flour – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Ground paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Dried basil – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh herbs for serving – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, blot with a paper towel, and cut into strips.
  2. Put chicken meat in a plastic bag, add flour, salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. We tie the bag and shake thoroughly.
  4. In a frying pan, in well-heated vegetable oil, fry the fillet pieces over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the fried chicken fillet to a baking dish. We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  6. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic.
  8. Put the chopped vegetables on the chicken fillet and sprinkle with garlic. Put the corn on top. Salt and pepper.
  9. Cover the form with a sheet of foil and send it to the oven. We bake the chicken fillet with vegetables in the oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes, peppers, and corn, you’re done. Serve the dish sprinkled with herbs.
