- 400 g chicken fillet (s) (steaks), frozen, par-fried or fresh
- 2 tomato (s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 packet mozzarella, light
- salt
- pepper

- Thaw the frozen pre-fried chicken fillet steaks or alternatively fry fresh chicken steaks in a little oil and cook through. Cut the tomatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella into thin slices. Place the steaks in a baking dish, then layer the tomatoes, then the mushrooms and finally the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the mold into the preheated oven for approx. 15 min at 200 ° C top / bottom heat until the cheese has run and has reached the desired browning.
