Baked Pasta in Sour Cream Sauce with Mushrooms and Cheese

Oven-baked pasta with mushrooms and hard cheese is a very tasty dish in which all the ingredients are perfectly combined with each other. And if you add pasta with a delicate sour cream sauce with aromatic basil, juice and lemon zest – it turns out original, piquant and very tasty.

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 220 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
  • Lemon – 120 g
  • Sour cream (20%) – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 110 g
  • Olive oil – 50 ml
  • Dried basil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. We wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Salt the mushrooms to taste.
  4. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Using a fine grater, remove 2 teaspoons of zest from the lemon. From the same lemon, squeeze 3 tbsp of juice.
  6. Transfer a third of the fried mushrooms to a separate plate. To the rest of the mushrooms, add sour cream, half the cheese, basil, juice and lemon zest.
  7. We mix. Stirring constantly, prepare sour cream sauce with mushrooms and cheese over low heat for 4-6 minutes, until thickened. We remove from the fire.
  8. Put the pasta in boiling water (1.3 l), add 1 teaspoon of salt. We make a small fire and cook the pasta for 7-8 minutes, until al dente.
  9. We put the finished pasta in a colander so that the glass is water.
  10. Put the pasta in a pan with mushrooms in sour cream sauce, mix.
  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer pasta with mushrooms in sour cream sauce to a baking dish.
  12. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and top with the remaining mushrooms.
  13. We put the pasta dish in sour cream sauce with mushrooms and cheese in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  14. Baked pasta with mushrooms in sour cream sauce are ready.
