Pasta Baked in Sour Cream-Garlic Sauce with Mushrooms, with Cheese

by Editorial Staff

Golden classics – pasta with mushrooms and cheese – in a non-trivial way. First, stew the fried champignons in sour cream with aromatic garlic and dried basil. Then combine with boiled pasta, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake. Such creamy pasta with an appetizing crust and mushrooms will please both children and adults. The dish is absolutely self-sufficient, meat will be a pleasant addition to it, but not a necessary addition.
