  • Baked bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp
  • Basil – 2 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil – to taste

  1. Cut the tomatoes in a concassé way: cut the tomato into 4 pieces, remove the core and skin.

  4. Then chop the parsley.
  5. Chop the garlic.
  6. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
