Baked Pepper Salsa with Tomatoes

Salsa is one of the most common and popular Mexican sauces. Salsa is usually served with meat, poultry, seafood or simply with corn tortillas. Try our version!

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Baked bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp
  • Basil – 2 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes in a concassé way: cut the tomato into 4 pieces, remove the core and skin.
  2. And then cut into small cubes.
  3. Chop the basil.
  4. Then chop the parsley.
  5. Chop the garlic.
  6. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Season the salsa with olive oil.
  8. Mix.
  9. Salsa is ready.
