Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Brush a baking sheet generously with oil and distribute the potato slices evenly. Cut the tomatoes and the onion into slices and distribute them again on the potatoes. Salt and pepper everything and drizzle a little oil over it. In the oven at 220 degrees and after about 30 minutes put the seasoned lamb chops (with salt, pepper or marinade) on top. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops. Serve on the tray.
  2. A green salad might go with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
