Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steak (s), fresh
  • 250 g crabs or prawns
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 tablespoon butter (crab butter / crab paste)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the salmon steaks and place in a baking dish. Mix the cream with the sour cream, the crab paste, the crabs / prawns and the chopped dill, pour over the whole thing. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Rice tastes good with it, mixed with peas if you like.
