Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 onions)
  • some oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 g creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Worcester Sauce
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions. Then drain through a sieve.
  2. During this time, peel the onions and garlic, cut into small pieces and sweat in a little oil. Add the (preferably defrosted) creamed spinach and stir in the herbal cream cheese. Let everything boil down a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add the pasta and stir in. Put everything in a suitable baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
