Ingredients
- 150 g Gouda, in one piece
- 200 g cooked ham, sliced
- 2 small zucchini, approx. 500 g
- 400 g whipped cream
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g herbal cream cheese
- 800 g tortellini, fresh, with spinach and ricotta fillin (coolin shelf)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Coarsely grate the Gouda cheese and cut the ham into strips. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthways and cut into slices.
- Mix the cream, milk, cream cheese and Gouda cheese together and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the tortellini, ham, courgette and cheese sauce and place in a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes.
- Stir again and bake in about 20 minutes.
