- 150 g crème fraîche
- 50 g pesto, (lass)
- 3 medium tomato (s)
- 100 g rocket (rocket)
- 1 packet tortilla (s), (wheat or wraps)
- 16 slices ham, cooked (thin)
- 50 g parmesan cheese

- Mix the creme fraiche and pesto. Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the rocket lettuce and shake dry.
- Place the tortillas side by side on the worktop. Brush with pesto cream. Top with 2 slices of ham, 3-4 slices of tomato and a little rocket. Leave an approx. 2 cm wide border free all around. Finely grate the parmesan with a peeler. Roll up the tortillas tightly. Grill in the preheated contact grill (sandwich toaster) over medium heat in portions for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut the piadina crosswise. Serve and garnish with the rest of the rocket.
- A light, fresh white wine goes well with it.
