- 250 g flour
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 500 g shrimp
- 1 packet cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 g rocket
- 15 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 pinch (s) pizza seasoning
- 1 can tomato (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Yeast dough:
- Make a yeast dough from flour, water, yeast, salt and pepper. As soon as it has risen a little, add the olive oil and let it rest for about 1 hour.
- Then put it in a baking pan.
- Meanwhile, fry the shrimp in olive oil with an onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Season the canned tomatoes with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning and place on the yeast dough. This is followed by the shrimp and now the packet of cheese is spread over it. This is now in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- While the pizza is in the oven, wash the rocket, add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and finally add a little olive oil.
- As soon as the pizza is ready, it is cut into portions and the rocket salad is placed on top.
