Ingredients

  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms, small
  • 500 g tortellini with cheese fillin from the coolin shelf
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chunky
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g cheese, rated pecorino cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and cut out the stems. Wash the zucchini, dry them and cut the ends. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Clean the mushrooms and rinse with water.
  2. Place the tortellini, tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini alternately on the wooden skewers.
  3. Spread the chunky tomatoes in a large baking dish. Spread the skewers on top. Add the remaining tomatoes, zucchini slices and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Put in the oven and cook at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
  4. Rinse the basil and pat dry. Finely chop the leaves. Serve the skewers sprinkled with the basil.
