- 600 g turkey breast fillet (s), whole
- 2 zucchini
- 2 onions)
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 teaspoons salt or herbal salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- Wash and clean the zucchini, onions and carrots and cut into large cubes. Chop the spring onions into small rolls. Wash the turkey breast, pat it dry and rub it with the herbs and spices.
- Prepare a roasting tube and distribute the vegetables in it. Place the seasoned turkey breast on the bed of vegetables and place in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for about 80 minutes (depending on the desired color). When the cooking time is over, drain off the meat stock, season to taste and serve separately with the poultry meat.
- Cut the meat into finger-thick slices and arrange on a platter with the vegetables. Tomato rice or rosemary potatoes go very well with this.
