  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, mustard and sugar with a fork. Squeeze and add the garlic clove. Finally add rapeseed oil and season with salt and pepper from the mill.
  2. Suitable for all kinds of leaf salads.
  3. Also possible with dark balsamic vinegar, ideal for tomato and mozzarella salad.
