Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon jam without pieces
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- water
- possibly sugar if necessary

- Simply put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a fork or whisk until all of the components have combined. If necessary, add a little more jam if necessary. Possibly add a little water, as the jam makes the dressing rather thick. If you like, you can add salt and pepper or add a little sugar if it is too acidic.
- I had already taken the following jam: currant, strawberry, apricot, forest fruit and even plum jam tastes delicious.
- Just try out what you like yourself and what the fridge has to offer.
- The lamb`s lettuce and dressing go well with chopped, dried figs (it`s deliciously crispy if you bite on them), as well as chopped walnuts.
