Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add cocoa powder to taste in the cup of milk and stir well. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks and add the mascarpone. Mix everything into a smooth mass. Whip the measured cream in a bowl with the vanilla sugar until stiff and add this to the egg mixture.
  2. Cut the bananas into smooth slices. Now lay out the bottom of a baking dish with 12 ladyfingers (or it depends on how big the shape is) and then sprinkle them with half of the cocoa milk. Then pour a third of the cream on top and put half of the banana slices on top.
  3. Spread the remaining 12 biscuits on the cream layer and sprinkle them again with the remaining cocoa milk. Pour the second third of the cream and the remaining banana slices on top. Finally, the rest of the cream is spread over the bananas and dusted with a little cocoa powder.
  4. Place the banana tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before consuming.
