  • 250 g chocolate (dark)
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 75 g butter
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt in a saucepan with the water. Always make sure that the mass does not get too hot.
  3. The eggs are now divided.
  4. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until frothy. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Beat egg whites into snow.
  6. Now mix all the ingredients and distribute them on the tray.
  7. Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then cut into cubes approx. 4 cm while still warm.
  9. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
