“Peat” Cake

Delicious curd cake that can be prepared on a regular day, and even for a small family holiday. Juicy and delicate curd filling in combination with a chocolate base will appeal to everyone!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 400 grams
  • Cottage cheese – 500 grams
  • Butter – 250 grams
  • Egg – 3-4 Pieces
  • Sugar – 300 grams (half each for the base and filling)
  • Sour cream – 100 grams
  • Cocoa – 4 Art. spoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams
  • Starch – 2 Art. spoons (can be replaced with flour)

Directions

  1. Mix butter at room temperature with sugar.
  2. Add flour and cocoa.
  3. And grind into crumbs.
  4. In a blender bowl, combine cottage cheese with sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  5. Then add the starch or flour and stir.
  6. Cover a baking dish with a diameter of 23-26 cm with parchment and spread it in an even layer with a little more than half of the chocolate chips.
  7. Then we spread the curd mass, level it.
  8. And pour out the remaining crumb, level it. We bake the pie in preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  9. The cake should cool completely in the form, only then we take it out, cut it and serve it to the table.
