Ingredients
- 500 g beans, reen
- 2 onions)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 stalks savory
- 1 ½ liters water
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Wash the beans, remove the noses and threads, cut the large beans in half and cook in a saucepan with water and a little salt until they are al dente.
- Take the beans out of the pot and place in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil and part of the cooking stock. Mix everything well, allow to cool and serve on glass plates.
