- 240 g quail beans
- 1 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 1 pointed pepper
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black

- First, the quail beans (240 g usually corresponds to a can) should be drained and washed off. After that, they are placed in a bowl. Cut the vegetable onion and bell pepper into small cubes and add.
- Season to taste with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. It is advisable to use a little more pepper than usual.
