Wash all vegetables, if necessary peel, clean and cut very small. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes approx. 1 cm long.
Leave the clarified butter in the saucepan, add the diced onions and let them become translucent, add the chopped beans (1-2 cm), as well as the remaining vegetables and the diced potatoes, fry for a short time. Pour in the broth. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes, then add the chopped smoked pork and the chopped tomatoes. Add the savory and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and the bean soup is ready.
