  • 500 g beans, reen, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch (s) savory, dried
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans with the savory in a little salted water until they are soft.
  2. Prepare a brown roux. Melt the butter in a pan and let it brown a little. Then add the flour and stir until it becomes creamy.
  3. Put the roux in the saucepan, stir well and season with salt, pepper, sugar and the broth. Let the beans steep for about another 10 minutes.
