Burrito with Beans

Burrito is a Mexican dish consisting of a soft wheat flatbread (tortilla) wrapped in a variety of fillings. I suggest taking beans and chicken breast as a filling. It turns out very tasty and satisfying!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Tortillas – 3-4 Pieces
  • Canned beans – 300 Grams (or pre-cooked)
  • Chicken fillet – 500 Grams
  • Tomato sauce – 100 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Onions – 0.5 Pieces
  • Grated cheese- 50 Grams
  • Parsley – 1 Bunch (small)
  • Lettuce leaves – To taste
  • Olive oil – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken breast, salt, and sauté in olive oil on both sides until tender, or grill with barbecue sauce.
  2. Finely chop the onion and greens, cut the pepper into strips. Cut the meat into thin slices.
  3. Fry the onion in a frying pan in a little olive oil, then add the pepper. After a couple of minutes, beans and tomato sauce are added. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add parsley. Place clean lettuce on top of the tortilla.
  4. Then chicken meat. And bean dressing. And grated cheese.
  5. Wrap the filling in a tortilla. First fold the bottom part, then the 2 side ones. Bean burrito ready! Bon Appetit!
