Instructions

  1. Put the beer in a large saucepan with the rosemary sprigs. Bring to the boil once and then let cool down completely. Take the rosemary sprigs out again.
  2. Add the preserving sugar and cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Then immediately pour the jelly into twist-off jars that have been rinsed with hot water, close and turn upside down to cool.
  3. If you like it very sweet, you should use 2: 1 preserving sugar and adjust the amount of beer accordingly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
