- Put the beer in a large saucepan with the rosemary sprigs. Bring to the boil once and then let cool down completely. Take the rosemary sprigs out again.
- Add the preserving sugar and cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Then immediately pour the jelly into twist-off jars that have been rinsed with hot water, close and turn upside down to cool.
- If you like it very sweet, you should use 2: 1 preserving sugar and adjust the amount of beer accordingly.
