- 250 g beetroot, cooked
- 6 medium carrot (s)
- 1 can corn, drained approx. 275 g
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- possibly spice (s) to taste

- First cut the beetroot into small pieces, then wash and grate the carrots. Mix the beetroot with the shredded carrots and the drained corn.
- Depending on your taste, add sesame, lemon juice and other spices and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Around 200 kcal and 5 g protein, 27.5 g carbohydrates, 7.5 g fat per serving.
