Ingredients
- 1 glass beetroot (slices, 500 g)
- 2 pear (s)
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 150 g blue cheese
- 1 small onion (s), red or shallot
- 4 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 handful walnuts
- salt and pepper

- Drain the beetroot and arrange on plates. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and distribute it in the middle of the plates. Wash the pears, quarter them, drizzle with a little lemon juice and place on the plates in a star shape.
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces (approx. 4 pieces per walnut). Cut the blue cheese into cubes and cover with walnuts on both sides and spread over the plates.
- For the dressing, cut the onion into very small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad.
