  • 3 bunches dill, fresher
  • salt
  • 250 g potato (s), waxy

Instructions

  1. Make a sweat with butter and flour, then deglaze with the broth and add the sour cream. Chop the dill very finely and stir in. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them off and slice them into the soup. Serve hot.
