Berlin Salad with Fish and Meat

Ingredients

  • Smoked trout fillet – 100 g
  • Rice – 100 g
  • Canned corn – 100 g
  • Boiled chicken breast – 100 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Cucumber – 100 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Dill, parsley – 0.5 bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

How to make smoked fish and meat salad:

Directions

  1. Cut into small cubes and place one small onion in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  3. Cut the pepper into the same cubes.
  4. We cut the chicken fillet.
  5. Chop finely and add half a bunch of dill, parsley, or to taste into a bowl.
  6. Add 2 hard-boiled and finely diced eggs.
  7. Cut 100 grams of smoked trout fillet into cubes and send to a bowl.
  8. Add 100 grams of canned corn to a bowl. Boil 100 grams of rice, cool, and add to a bowl.
  9. Pepper and add to taste, mix salad with chicken and trout.
  10. Add 100 grams of mayonnaise to the salad with meat and fish, mix well again.
  11. Let the salad “Berlin” with chicken and smoked trout brew for several hours, put it in a salad bowl, and serve.
